Provider paneled insurance plans: Subject to change
About me
Honestly, women’s bodies haven’t been updated in textbooks since flip phones. We’re here to change the syllabus.
Throughout my 25-year healthcare career, I have been deeply moved by the unique mental health challenges women face—often shaped by biological, social, and cultural factors that are too frequently overlooked in care. From postpartum depression to the emotional toll of infertility, from trauma recovery to navigating menopause, I have seen how women’s mental health needs require both clinical expertise and a deep well of empathy. These experiences have inspired my commitment to becoming a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a practice focus on women’s mental health.
As a PMHNP, I aspire to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where women feel heard, validated, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health journey. I plan to integrate evidence-based interventions with trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and culturally sensitive approaches.
I believe that by focusing on women’s mental health, I can help break cycles of suffering that often ripple through families and communities. This work is not only a professional calling—it is a personal mission to ensure that every woman, at every stage of life, has access to compassionate, comprehensive mental health care.

This depends on your treatment plan. If you are being treated with a controlled medication, follow-ups are required per DEA regulations, every three months. If your treatment plan includes trialing medication for any mental health condition, you may have to follow-up more frequently depending on your progress towards your treatment goals.
